Case 1: Designing Orko - a web application for data collection and workflow automation

Product Strategy

The product strategy was created based on user research and the questions: Why people would use Orko, how they will use the app & the TG that it will cater to

Product Design

75% of all ERP deployments fail. The failure is mainly attributed to the employee's rejection of the system. Orko's product design was created to bridge this delta of 75% failure rate

Prototyping

The screen-by-screen rendition of the prototype was tested across a sample user base to identify loopholes and spaces where it can be made more user friendly

Case 3:  Designing scalable digital health management system

Product Strategy

Closely linked to India's National Digital Health Mission, the HIMS will be leveraging the open APIs that the system will expose to deliver a cloud-native health management system.

Product Design

13 hospitals, more than 50 patients, 20 doctors and 3 government departments were consulted to create the product strategy for a cloud-based digital HIMS product.

Prototyping

The prototype system was made ready and functional with Open MRS as the backbone. Several hospitals and State Govts. are prepping to use the system once NDHM is live.

Case 4:  Designing an auto-scaling CMS for Ashoka University

Product Strategy

the strategy was to develop a web CMS platform that would have '0' dependency on the IT department with regard to functionality and content sharing - and would scale as per added content.

Product Design

The website design had to capture the vibrant campus and amalgamation of various cultures coming together. It also had to demonstrate the creative side of its students and faculty.

Prototyping

The complete web structure, the back-end CMS and the front-end pages were prototyped out for revisions. User testing was done on prototype and the final prototype was put to production.

Case 5:  Designing an OTT mobile app & analytics dashboard for Govt. client

Product Strategy

The product strategy was to focus on developing a hyper-local mobile application that will generate usage based on distributing content in local language.

Product Design

Being a Govt. application, and primarily targeting a rural audience, the product design had to encompass the State Govt's design language and focus on developmental content.

Analytics

The client wanted to have a real-time analytics dashboard that would help them understand the usage patterns of the app. i also helped the client in digitally marketing the app.

Case 2:  Increasing CTR for an NBFC client

​Problem statement

​The client had launched a new product, but was receiving very low click through rates (CTR) for this product on the website.  The goal was to increase the CTR drastically.

The process

We used eye tracking technology on the client's web page for 20 individuals to generate a heatmap of cumulative eye movement across the page.
Next, based on the results, we ran a 17 day live A/B test on the client website. We exposed the audience at random to two different scenarios - one was the present web page, and second was a page with a repositioned display of the said product.

​The outcome

The second scenario of the repositioned product display say an increase in CTR by 600%. There were 658,015 extra click throughs in the second scenario.
